Is your level of hope and courage gasping for breath? If so, these eight powerful prophetic words are going to minister to you.

In this article, I am sharing eight of the short prophetic words that the Lord gave me today for individual readers.

Finally, the words below are unisex. If a word refers specifically to “son” or “daughter” or anything like that, it’s because the Lord gave me the word originally specifically for a man or woman, respectively. But God is no respecter of persons; what He does for others, He will do for you too–if you have the faith to believe!

Without further ado, here is what the Lord said:

Word 1:

“I hear you calling on Me for big things, and I will answer. For I am not a God Who is small-minded in My thinking; I am God Who Thinks Big, and I am willing to do big things for you. All you need do is ask Me to do these big things, and I will help you and walk you right into them by My grace.

For all that I have is available to you, and you do not need to be afraid that I will hold back on you. I am moving you from glory to glory, faith to faith, and strength to strength, so that you can see and know how big I am. Believe Me for the big and wonderful, and I will come through for you in it!” says the Lord Jesus to you today.

Word 2:

“For it is not by your own might or power that these things can be done which you wish; it is by My Spirit only, and by My power and grace flowing through you and on your behalf. And you have no need to worry about your provision; only trust Me and do as I say. And all that is Mine I have made accessible to you, for I and all that I have are your inheritance and portion.

I know that you are without resources of your own, but I am all the Resource you need. And you have served Me faithfully and well, and now I trust you; so you will see more and more being delivered into your hand, for great is your reward for all your faithfulness and humility toward Me and on My behalf,” says the Lord.

Word 3:

“For it is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit that the things that you want will come to you. All that I have is available to you through prayer and action, and I am indeed hearing your cries to Me for deliverance.

I am all that you need at the point that you need it, and I know that you need big things right now. And so I am doing these big things for you, one at a time—but there will come a time when I will do them in bunches and bunches, and when the plowman will overtake the reaper.

Hold fast in both the process and the suddenlies, for I am God all by Myself, and I can and will do all things for you in My time. In the meantime, while you wait, seek My face first and foremost and often and continually. Abide in Me, and let My Word abide in you. And ask Me for big things, and for the mighty works which I have laid up in Heaven for you.

For all that you are I have in My hand, and I have not created you to abandon you, but rather to bear you up on eagle’s wings—for you are flying so high that only I can support you,” says the Lord Jesus to you today.

Word 4:

“I am giving you strategies to warm you up for what I want you to do. For what I have for you is much bigger than you have thought before, but I am conditioning your mind to think even bigger thoughts than you ever thought before. And I am helping you to see how possible it all is, for great is your reward for how faithful you have been to Me—and these great works, with the great fruit that comes along with them—are part of your reward.

You are entering a season of reward, in which you will see fruit in abundance from seeds you have sown all this time. Do not hesitate to receive from Me as a beloved child receives, for I am your Shield, and your exceeding great Reward!” says the Lord Jesus Christ to you today.

Word 5:

“I see all that you need, and I had plans to provide it before the foundation of the world. For you do not need to be afraid that I do not see or know, for I see and know all things. And I am setting you up to walk in new levels of My power and glory, for you have been faithful to humble yourself before Me, and this is part of how I am lifting you up in response to that.

For all that you have done in My name has a reward, and your reward is lasting and eternal. Your reward is not temporary, but will bear fruit for the Kingdom and will be a blessing to you. And you will see and know that I the Lord am God Who ordained your life and ministry, and that I have not abandoned you or forsaken you,” says the Lord Jesus Christ to you today.

Word 6:

“I see the burden of your heart, and how you long to help people more. And I love what you are doing in seeking Me for miracles, signs, and wonders. And I want you to know that the MORE is your portion.

You are not chasing a pipe dream, but are rather seeing Me in all My glory, the way I want to be seen. And so you can see now how big I am, and how you were thinking too small before.

For the size of your dreams must grow to match the size of your God. In this you are doing well; continue in it, seeking Me first, and I will do these things for you!” says the Lord Jesus to you today.

Word 7:

“I am giving you exciting things to do and to think about; and, if you will persevere in these dreams, you will find them coming to you much easier than you ever thought could happen. And I am putting wind in your sails, for I AM the wind in your sails.

And I am blowing a breeze of the Holy Spirit into your lungs in a way that will lift you, enthuse you with hope and vision, and show you how EASY these things are for Me to accomplish when you have faith and believe Me,” says the Lord Jesus Christ to you today.

Word 8:

“I am moving you up the mountain of intimacy with Me and moving you forward into more grace because of your great acknowledgement of your own weakness. For you are not by yourself, as you supposed; you are covered with My blood, and you do not have to fend for yourself.

My grace is with you to make you strong! And My Spirit is doing things for you that you cannot do. Do not be afraid, but believe that I am with you, for you, and that I am doing great things on your behalf.

Do not let your heart be troubled; move forward with great certainty that what I have done in the past, I will do again for you—if only you will believe!” says the Lord.
