Free to Flourish: You Are Blessed by COVENANT!

Free to Flourish | You Are Blessed by Covenant | Jamie Rohrbaugh | FromHisPresence.comBeloved Presence seekers, I have a WORD for you today. TWO words, actually. 🙂 Read on for a blessing!

I’ve been aggressively building my faith using visuals lately.

My friend Maria taught me how important this is and to do it. She has an amazing testimony about visuals and vision boards, so I followed her lead.

And HUGE blessings, most especially financial blessings, came when I started making visuals (probably because the first visual I made was about God’s Word specifically for financial blessings). 🙂

(I taught more about that in my How To Live In An Open Heaven webinar. You can get the recorded webinar replay here.)

Since I saw immediate results, I’m going after this visual-illustration thing to build my faith. One of the primary ways I’m doing this is to make visuals in my journaling Bible about:

  • different promises I need to claim in prayer;
  • revelation from God’s Word that I need to get deeper in my heart; and
  • my specific prayer lists.

And this month’s Free to Flourish devotional kit from DaySpring inspired me SO much!

Before I tell you why, along with the two huge prophetic words the Lord gave me to share with you today, let me tell you first about the Free to Flourish kit.

This month’s kit, called Free to Flourish, contains a wonderful 14-day devotional guide about how we are FREE and can enjoy EVERYTHING Jesus died for us to have. For example:

  • We can be happy!
  • We can rest!
  • We can be free from striving!
  • We can be free from OTHER PEOPLE’S OPINIONS!

Woooooorrrrrrdddddd! Worrrrd to your mama! 😉 (Bless ’em, Jesus.) 🙂 🙂 🙂

The kit contains gorgeous die-cuts, stickers, stamps, alphabet stickers, bookmark/tip-ins, “flourish” washi tape, and the devotional guide. Here’s my review of the kit itself, including me getting a little FIRRRRED up and preaching a little (you know me … it just happens):

So if you would like to make visuals to build your faith too, or if you are into devotionals OR regular journaling OR Bible journaling, I HIGHLY recommend that you pick up the Free to Flourish devotional kit. It will bless you!

By the way, DaySpring just released HUNDREDS of GORGEOUS new stickers and Bible journaling supplies.

The first FOUR PAGES of items at this link are all new. (faints)

Yeah. All those gorgeous colors and puffies and textures and washi tapes? Keep beating, my beating heart! (I would say “be still, my beating heart,” but nobody wants to die, so you know.) 😉

So if you see something else you like in that green field of artsy bliss, don’t hold back. I’m drooling over it all and am believing God to supply it myself. 🙂 These items will inspire you and increase YOUR faith too, when you use them to meditate on God’s Word! <3

So here are the two rhema, prophetic, oh-so-encouraging words the Lord gave me from my Bible study with this devotional kit:

Word #1: You are FREE to be everything wonderful that God has made you to be, and FREE to do so with power.

Free.

Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 says:

I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives, and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God.

Die-cut and stamps are from the Free to Flourish devotional kit. Click the image to see the kit on the Illustrated Faith store.

You know what that means to you and to me? It means we are free to ENJOY our lives, because enjoyment is the gift of God! 🙂

That doesn’t mean you go off into sin somewhere because you think sin is enjoyable. No; when Jesus saved you, He brought you out of the sin-enjoying business. Sin is no longer fun for us as children of God!

So what IS fun?

  • What’s FUN is to walk in victory.
  • What’s fun is to see God’s blessings manifest in our lives day in and day out.
  • What’s FUN is to have abundance and enough to spare of every good thing, which we will have as soon as we obey God’s commandments.

You are FREE to enjoy your life. Right now.

Yep, you heard me right. You are FREE to enjoy your life NOW.

You don’t have to wait for someone to give you permission. Haters gonna hate and complainers gonna complain. Ignore them. Kick them to the curb. Enjoy your life!

You also don’t have to wait for all your circumstances to line up just so. You don’t have to wait to get a dog, two houses, a minivan, or a passel of children. You can AND SHOULD enjoy your life right now, because God gives us all good things RICHLY to enjoy!

Can you tell I’m fired up??? Don’t be afraid, beloved! Just start enjoying your life now! Even if you are going through the most difficult time you’ve ever experienced, ENJOY your life! Trust God and blow off the lies of the enemy! Just decide to keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith! Once you decide to just believe God anyway, it’s really not hard to keep on believing!

WORD! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Here’s the second prophetic word the Lord gave me out of this kit:

(Actually, I’ve got two or three more words out of this kit also, but time will only allow me to share two with you today. Stay tuned for more.) 🙂

You know why you can be blessed? Why you ARE blessed? You’re blessed because you’re in covenant with God through the blood of Jesus.

On this page, the washi, bookmark, heart sticker, “thrive” sticker, and alphabet stickers are from the Free to Flourish kit. I added the tassel to the bookmark. The bicycle sticker is something I already had. Click the image to check out the kit on the Illustrated Faith store.

Did you hear that? You are blessed by COVENANT!

We could spend time talking about right alignment and things like that in your life, and all of those things are important. They’re important because they are about obedience to God; and the more you obey God, the more blessed you’ll be.

But in Christ, you can believe God for all the blessings He has promised because you are in COVENANT with Him!

Jesus shed His blood to make a blood covenant between God and man. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17). The Word of God says that our favor and blessing and newness of life were made available to us because we were grafted in to blessing through Christ!

So do away with your inferiority complex, daughter of God! Do away with your inferiority complex, son of God!

You are free to flourish! You are free to lift up holy hands and bless the name of Jesus, who gives all things richly to enjoy! You are blessed because God said so. You can be blessed because God said so.

So take God at His Word and believe what He says!

Believe Him to bless you!

Believe Him to bless you TODAY! Believe Him to help you thrive and ENJOY YOUR LIFE! Believe Him because He said so!

Word!

I know this page is peppered with ALL CAPS, but I’m fired up! Beloved! Too many of us have been waiting for other people to give us permission, for our feelings to suit us perfectly, or for some other unknown event.

Time to get over it. 🙂 #LoveYaMeanIt

We are free to flourish. You are free to flourish.

So get to it. What are you waiting for? 🙂
