There’s no such thing as coincidence.
A few weeks ago, I was in the prophetic roundtable class at my church. (This is a class where we study how to hear God.)
During the last 15 minutes of the class, my pastor has us form two circles and rotate around and tell one another what we hear the Lord saying for each one. It’s great fun, and anybody can do it. (We call these “encouraging words.”)
The very last encouraging word I got was from a lady who had no idea what was going on in my life at that moment. But, when I stood in front of her, the Lord showed her a picture of a peacock in the spirit realm. She described the beautiful tail fan, and said she saw lots of blues and deep colors. She said it was a picture of the Lord as a protective covering over me, and that He was with me and was going to work out everything in my situation for my good. She had a lot of amazing things to say about the significance of the peacock and the work of the Holy
Spirit overshadowing my life.
I was overwhelmed.
You know why?
Because I had an important–no, critical–meeting coming up. The very the next day, in fact. And the day before, I had just bought this shirt at Penney’s to wear (stock photo from JCPenney.com):
Ha! No such thing as coincidence! GO, JESUS!!!!!
