Prophetic Word for August: Don’t Be Afraid to Build the Ark

Beloved, have you been through so much Holy Spirit surgery lately that you find yourself needing a break in which to recover? Has the Lord had you in His refining fire? If so, this prophetic word for August 2025 is really going to speak to your heart!

This is what I heard the Father say:

“I am aligning things in August that have been broken and out of alignment for years.

I am showing you where to turn and pivot, and where you can find rest from your weary labors. For August is a season of completion; a time in which you will find that all My heart has been for you all along, and I have been preparing a way for My Own Son to ride into your life in a new and living way.

In August of this year, you will find that things which used to intimidate you no longer do.

I have tested you in the refining fire of My Spirit to the degree that I have removed the weakness from you. Weakness was caused by impurity, but that weakness is no more. I have refined you to the point of such purity that you can stand before the strongest spiritual winds and stay upright, leaning on Me and hidden in Me.

You are no longer buffeted about as you used to be. And, in August, you will find that I am blessing you for your new stability.

You will experience the benefits of your new stability in Me, for I am showering you with things in August that you could not bear up under before.

If I had given you these things before, they would have crushed you–but now is the time of your deliverance and fresh endowment of My anointing oil.

I have refined your character to the point that I trust you now with many answered prayers–prayers I could not answer rapidly for you before, because I would have been affirming bad habits.

Habits such as:

• letting your emotions depend on appearances;
• habits such as procrastination;
• habits such as not considering all circumstances and future impact as you ponder different decisions …

… these are habits that I have been purging from My people in a great outpouring of wisdom. And now I have gotten these things out of you; you have learned your lessons well; and I am moving you into a season of unprecedented levels of wisdom–wisdom which will bring fruit to you that you have asked Me for these many years.

In August, I am teaching you even more that I am God Who Comes Suddenly.

For so long, you have seen darkness; but now you will see the light of life. I have told you that it is your sunrise season, and sunrises can take longer to happen than you thought they would.

Nevertheless, when the light comes, it comes rapidly. And you will make such progress in August that you will wonder how I moved so fast after it seems I have been moving like a snail for so very long!

I tell you, however, My child, that I have been moving at an appropriate speed for My eternal perspective all along.

I have been working, and I am still working. You have not left anything behind that you should not have left. You should not worry about having “missed it,” or about being too slow.

For in August, I will show you some reasons why I have moved slowly in your life–and you will be glad of what I show you. You will see that My timing is perfect, and that you can depend on Me to arrange your times and seasons for your ultimate benefit!

In August, you will find that the ladders of Heaven are calling to you.

I am inviting you to come up higher and sit with Me at My table to see all the feast I have laid out for you. If you want Me to show you things to come, I will. I am depositing a new prophetic anointing in you–anointing that needs to be tried, trained, and tested, mind you–but I am giving you a new prophetic anointing to discern the times and seasons.

Don’t be afraid to build the ark in August.

I have told you that some things would come to pass; I have promised you certain things for years. In August, go ahead and make preparations for those things to occur–for My promises are ‘yes’ and ‘amen’! Act like My answers are coming soon, and prepare yourself in advance as much as you can for all the things you have asked Me to do.

For I will come quickly, like a thief–but in a good way–and you may not have much warning. You will want to be prepared for My sudden blessings to arrive, and preparing now will build your faith as well.

The biggest key to August is to enter into long seasons of prayer.

Prayer is more important than ever before, and I have put you in a season where I can do twice as much for you in a quarter of the time if you will just spend extra time in prayer before Me, asking for and receiving My grace to help in time of need.

I am with you to bring you all that you desire, but extra times of prayer are going to be key. Make special appointments with Me to pray, and don’t hesitate to turn off the external noise that hinders you from hearing Me, so that you can walk with Me in the proverbial Garden of Eden in the cool of the day, sharing your heart with Me and listening to all that I say.

August is a time of completion; a time of rest and recouperation; a time of new beginnings for the things that matter most.

Let yourself walk and talk with Me with new intensity, seeking Me and pursuing Me with all your heart. Enter into a time of consecration and peace, and let My Sabbath rest flow over you and into your very spirit, soul, and body.

I am playing soft music and singing soft songs over you right now, My beloved. I am lulling you to rest, holding you in My bosom, and carrying you everywhere you need to go. Let My grace do the work for you in August as you trust Me without stress. You have been through so much surgery of My Spirit in the last few days, months, and years that you need this time of reflection, healing, and recouperation.

I am with you to bring all things into completion. Rest in Me and seek Me with all your heart–not reluctantly or under compulsion, but because your heart craves Me, and I am medicine for your soul.
