Beloved, has the Lord given you an opportunity today that you are losing out on–all because you are succumbing to the warfare over that opportunity?
That wasn’t just an opening question. That is THE question … because, right now, I sense in the Spirit that a whole lot of people are missing out on what God is trying SO HARD to do for you. And if this word is for you, I pray that the Lord would both quicken it in your spirit AND cut you to the heart with conviction, so that you can receive everything the Lord has for you.
Beloved, warfare is never an option.
It’s always going to happen. You have an enemy, and that enemy–the devil–only comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). BUT JESUS came that you may have life, and have it more abundantly, to the full, and until it overflows (also John 10:10).
Whenever God sends something good your way, there’s always going to be a reason not to do it.
There will always be a reason not to go. There will always be a reason not to follow through. There will ALWAYS, and I repeat ALWAYS, be opportunity for you to talk yourself out of the deal.
And if you let that happen, you will miss out. That’s the simple truth.
Because, you see, if you want to be aggressive about taking the territory of your destiny, there will never be a convenient time.
It will never be easy. You will never be able to sit back and relax. Rest, yes. Walk in God’s holy flow, yes. But God is the Lord of Hosts for a reason: those hosts are needed. The God of angel armies has those angel armies because warfare is a reality.
And too many people are sitting back today, saying:
- “I don’t feel like it.”
- “I can’t afford it.”
- “It’s not a good idea.”
- “I shouldn’t go.”
- “So-and-so doesn’t want me to, so I shouldn’t.”
- “My pastor didn’t get a witness, so he/she must be right.”
- “I caaaaaannnnn’t” (insert whine here).
The thing is, beloved, that GOD’S TRUTH is that YOU CAN.
I know it’s hard. I’ve fought and battled for pretty much every good thing that has ever happened to me. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s uncomfortable. Yes, there is physical pain involved.
But if you faint before difficulty now, how on earth will you sustain the difficulties that come after you actually get started? After you DO start to make money? After you DO start walking in your calling? After you DO start kicking down some walls? After you DO start casting out devils, healing the sick, and raising the dead?
If you let yourself be wimpy now, how on earth will you stand strong in the face of adversity when more than just your destiny is at stake?
God’s people perish for lack of knowledge, but they’re also perishing for lack of backbone.
This isn’t meant to be one of my big, politically-correct blog posts. (I don’t write those, anyway.) This is a hard message, put forth bluntly, with the goal of WAKING YOU UP …
… Because, right now, there are places you’re supposed to be … and you’re not there.
There are things you’re supposed to be doing … and you’re not doing them. Yet.
But you can start. You can begin. You can walk down the path from which you will never turn back.
And you can begin today.

Here is a rhema word I received yesterday that confirms what God is saying to us through you Jamie.
“Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach…
…No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it.

Prior to this God He had just set forth the Blessings of Obedience and the Curses that come as a result of NOT obeying Him. The Blessings have come to be called “THE GOLDEN TOUCH OF GOD” (see Jamie’s NOV Post) and that is in ALL THINGS & EVERYTHING for us. His strength and power and abilities (His Grace through FAITH IN JESUS) come to us to do even the ABSOLUTE IMPOSSIBLE and that is THROUGH US as well as TO US.
Can it get any BETTER than that? A 1000 times YES LORD. It just gets BETTER & BETTER according to YOUR COVENANT based on BETTER PROMISES through YOUR SON LORD JESUS CHRIST and His Finished work.

I clearly understand now that there will always be warfare because the enemy has come to steal, kill and destroy everything good God is bringing into our lives. So we shouldn’t succumb to his tactics, we should remember that our God is a Lord of hosts, he has his army of angels fighting for us. We must also remember that Jesus has already has purchased our victory for us through His blood and He leads us in a triumphant procession. Therefore no matter how hard the fight gets, we must never give up because we’ve already been declared victors in Christ. Whosoever is born of God overcomes the world.

Bless God! This absolutely resonates with me! Doubt, fear, shame, has all but crippled me into a fetal position, BUT GOD! As I rebuild my life and revamp my business, which I allowed to go dormant, today is a new day and I recognize God doesn’t want me to operate in my own strength, wisdom, ability but to entrust it ALL to Him. I cried out for His wisdom, direction and peace. This gives me to the peace I am listening and need to keep moving forward. I’m listening and obeying the instructions. I pray the vast seeds I’ve sown will begin to return an exceedingly, abundantly, above and beyond harvest, to be a blessing to countless others. I bless God and bless God for you, and all of us that support this ministry!

This season has been convoluted for me. I desire clarity as to what God wants me to do. It’s heart breaking what I’m about to say but my children and I are being ostracized subtly in church. I see it and I hear it right before me. But God! I owe no man anything but to love them. Previously being in an all black church and now attending a predominantly all white you believe it would be different. But God’s got a plan for my kids and I! No weapon form against us shall prosper and every tongue that judges us is condemned. I judge Him faithful, who promised.
