What Is the Vision?

Are you curious about what the vision of this ministry is, and what you are partaking in by participating with us and laboring in the Gospel?

It’s been a while since I talked about the overarching vision of From His Presence, but I wanted to sum it up for you today by sharing 3 key Scriptures showing the WHAT, HOW, and WHERE of what we are doing to teach people to live from (hidden inside) the constant, manifest presence of the Lord.

The vision is based first on Isaiah 61:1-3, which shows WHAT we are doing.

Isaiah 61:1-3 contains God’s mandate on my life, and thus His mandate for this ministry since we are gathering a tribe of like-minded believers.

Read this verse:

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor;” … So, we minister encouraging words to the poor in spirit AND Biblical teaching about financial prosperity to the poor in pocketbook as well.

“… He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,” … So, we minister inner healing in every area for all whose hearts are broken.

“… To proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;” … Therefore, we teach on deliverance both from emotional pain and demonic oppression, so every person can be set free by the blood of Christ.

“… To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God;” … So, we boldly proclaim the prophetic, right-now, on-time words we hear directly from the Lord about what He is doing on the earth, and in the lives of believers in general.

“… To comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;” … Therefore, we teach the good news of God’s Word; how to understand His promises; how to pray into His promises; how to believe Him and walk in the supernatural power of His Word no matter what.

“That they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified” (Isaiah 61:1-3 NKJV). … And we teach all these things to make disciples: to help people walk as the pure and spotless Bride of Christ, without spot or blemish, living holy lives before the Lord, that He may be glorified and more disciples may be won as every person becomes a living testimony of the goodness, power, and majesty of God.

We do these things through:

• Our website, which as of this writing has 1,998 free articles on it;
• Producing books, ebooks, and video/audio classes so people can absorb practical teaching in the way they prefer;
• Our Full Flow Mentoring program, in which we teach systematic theology, practical Christian living, and prophetic activation;
• Personal phone calls and mentoring sessions with our ministry team, as we advertise availability (these invitations are sent out to our email subscribers only);
• In-person events, such as retreats, conferences, and personal mentoring time;
• Our YouTube channel, which as of today has 769 available videos;
• Strategic partnership with other platforms, such as YouVersion (that one platform alone makes our material available to over ONE BILLION people);
• Our other social media platforms, such as Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.

And James 2:26 shows HOW we are doing these things:

“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also” (James 2:26 NKJV).

We are moving purposefully and aggressively to take the Kingdom by force through strategic, targeted works of faithfulness, mercy, and generosity. Specifically:

• Faithfulness: We are faithful to teach the inerrant, infallible Word of God.
• Mercy: Showing mercy to the poor in spirit by encouraging them and providing thousands of free resources online.
• Mercy: We are showing mercy to the poor in pocketbook by rescuing girls in Guatemala who are in danger of sex trafficking and getting them in school; providing chicken flocks and other resources to impoverished families in the Third World; and far more.
• Mercy: We are also showing mercy to those who pour themselves out for others (primarily pastors and missionaries) by supporting them in ways that make their lives easier and their ministries more effective (groceries, help with housing, learning resources for their churches, transportation, and soul care). We support, resource, equip, and hold up the hands of 14-21 missionaries per month, every month, in Israel, Southeast Asia, Guatemala, and the USA. And we support and resource over 20 churches in Guatemala alone.
• Generosity: We serve a generous God Who showed His generosity to us by giving His only begotten Son. We strive to imitate His generosity in all things, believing that we are most like Him when we selflessly give.

And finally Matthew 28:18-20, which shows WHERE we are doing these things:

“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’ Amen” (Matthew 28:18-20 NKJV).

We are moving aggressively to take the Kingdom by force over the entire world—in all the nations—by using the internet to broadcast solid Biblical teaching to believers and non-believers alike for free.

Since 2012, with your help, God has graciously allowed our material to reach the hands of people in every country on the planet—including closed-border nations such as North Korea. Glory to His name!

Additionally, the Lord has helped us translate many of our materials into languages other than English: primarily Spanish and Nepali, but also we have begun developing a body of material in French as well! This opens up doors for us to effectively reach all of Latin America, more of Europe, and a huge population in southeast Asia as well!

Friend, we win souls every time we can–but our primary focus is making disciples.

Our mission is to teach and equip people how to walk in the power of God, by unrelenting obedience to the Word of God, through the fullness of the Holy Spirit. We give ourselves to this mission day in and day out, and we cherish your help and co-laboring in this mission with us.
