Everything you see was created by the spoken word.

And with your words, you can still create anything you want. You can be like God and speak those things that are not as if they already were (Romans 4:17)!

To help you, Jamie wrote a book of hundreds of Biblical confessions for you—especially in the area of your finances. It is called Speak Life Volume 1: Chart Your Course With Your Words, and it’s our most popular book ever! Get your copy today and begin speaking LIFE over those things that concern you!

  1. I am God’s child and I am called by His name. Therefore, I humble myself, pray, seek His face, and turn from all wicked ways. God then hears me from Heaven, forgives my sin, and heals my land. (See 2 Chronicles 7:14.)
  2. I am humble, so the Lord guides me in justice and teaches me His way. (See Psalm 25:9.)
  3. “I will behave wisely in a perfect way. … I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.” (See Psalm 101:2 NKJV).
  4. God will not endure he “who has a haughty look and a proud heart,” and neither will I. (See Psalm 101:5 NKJV).
  5. “My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me; He who walks in a perfect way, He shall serve me” (Psalm 101:6 NKJV).
  6. “Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth” (Psalm 115:1 NKJV).
  7. “Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor my eyes lofty. Neither do I concern myself with great matters, nor with things too profound for me. Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me” (Psalm 131:1-2 NKJV).
  8. “Though the Lord is on high, yet He regards the lowly; but the proud He knows from afar” (Psalm 138:6 NKJV).
  9. The Lord takes pleasure in me; He beautifies me with salvation, for I am humble. (See Psalm 149:4.)
  10. God “scorns the scornful, but gives grace to the humble.” I am humble, so God gives me grace today and does not scorn me. (See Proverbs 3:34 NKJV).
  11. I am not covered with shame, for I am not prideful. I am humble, so I receive wisdom from the Lord. (See Proverbs 11:2.)
  12. I listen to wise advice, for I am not a fool. (See Proverbs 12:15.)
  13. I walk in the fear of the Lord and the instruction of wisdom today. I am humble, so the Lord brings honor into my life today. (See Proverbs 15:33.)
  14. It is “Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.” I have a humble spirit, and I associate with other lowly and humble people. (See Proverbs 16:19 NKJV).
  15. I am humble, so I receive honor. My heart is not haughty in any way, for haughtiness and arrogance bring destruction. (See Proverbs 18:12.)
  16. I am humble and I fear the Lord, so I receive riches and honor and life. (See Proverbs 22:4.)
  17. “A man’s pride will bring him low, but the humble in spirit will retain honor.” I am humble in spirit, so I retain honor. (See Proverbs 29:23 NKJV).
  18. “For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: ‘I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones” (Isaiah 57:15 NKJV). I have a contrite and humble spirit, and I am humble. So the Lord dwells with me, revives my spirit, and revives my heart.
  19. God looks at me and His eye is upon me, for I am poor compared to Him; I have a contrite spirit; and I tremble at His Word. (See Isaiah 66:2.)
  20. God has given me wisdom, but I do not glory in it. He has given me might and riches, but I do not glory in those things either. I glory only in the cross of Jesus Christ. I glory in the fact that I understand and know God, and that He is “the Lord, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth.” And because I only glory in Jesus, He delights in me. (See Jeremiah 9:23-24 NKJV and Galatians 6:14.)
  21. I “praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down” (See Daniel 4:37 NKJV).
  22. The Lord has shown me what is good; therefore, I do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with my God. (See Micah 6:8.)
  23. I seek the Lord and do His just commands, for am humble in the land. And because I seek righteousness and humility, I am hidden under God’s wings on the day of His wrath. (See Zephaniah 2:3.)
  24. Jesus said, “For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” So I humble myself today, that my Father in Heaven may exalt me as He chooses. (See Luke 14:11 NKJV).
  25. I think realistically and soberly about myself. I do not think too highly of myself, or have thoughts that are too low about myself, either. According to the faith God has given me, that’s how I esteem myself. I only think thoughts about myself that agree with God’s Word about me. (See Romans 12:3.)
  26. I keep a Christlike mind toward all people. I do not set my mind on high things; I associate with the humble. I am not wise in my own right, or in my own estimation of myself. Any wisdom I have comes from the Lord, and I am humbly grateful for it. (See Romans 12:16.)
  27. I walk worthy of the calling with which I am called, “with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (See Ephesians 4:1-3 NKJV).
  28. I “let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind” I esteem others better than myself. (See Philippians 2:3 NKJV).
  29. I let this mind be in me which was also in Christ Jesus. (See Philippians 2:5.)
  30. “… As the elect of God, holy and beloved,” I “put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness,” and big fierceness of faith. (See Colossians 3:12 NKJV).
  31. The Lord gives me wisdom and understanding every day. Therefore, I “show by good conduct” that my “works are done in the meekness of wisdom.” (See James 3:13 NKJV).
  32. God gives me more grace today. He resists the proud, but He gives grace to me, for I am humble. (See James 4:6.)
  33. I humble myself in the sight of the Lord, and He lifts me up. (See James 4:10.)
  34. I submit myself to my elders, and to fellow believers, but only in a godly way. I am clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” I am humble, so God gives me grace today and every day. (See 1 Peter 5:5 NKJV).
  35. I humble myself under the mighty hand of God, and in due time He exalts me. (See 1 Peter 5:6.)
