Welcome to Day 11 of 21 Days to Strengthen Your Faith! Today, we are talking about how God has always kept you for faith. Your purpose in life–the reason you exist–is to be with Him in love, and this is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ.

Our key Scripture today is Galatians 3:23:
“But before faith came, we were kept under guard by the law, kept for the faith which would afterward be revealed” (Galatians 3:23 NKJV).
Friend, God has always known you–and He has ordained your life for the purpose of FAITH.
The purpose of the Law was only to keep you under guard, kept safe and secure, so you would be willing to walk in FAITH. Faith has always been His purpose for you. He has always ordained that you should believe in Him, and receive all that He has for you, by faith.
God has kept you for faith.
Kept you safe and secure, so that you would walk in faith.
I want you to really focus on this concept of being “kept” today.
God has been watching over you and taking care of you all your days. He knew you before you existed. And He sent the Law, even before you were born–and before the apostle Paul, who scribed the words of Galatians as Holy Spirit breathed them out–He sent the Law to keep you for faith.

Faith has always been your purpose. Your purpose in life–the very reason you exist–is to know God and be with Him in love, which is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ. And God has kept you for that purpose all the days of your life.
Pray this with me today:
- Tell the Father that you come to Him in Jesus’ name.
- Ask Holy Spirit to pray through you and for you, interceding for you while you pray.
- Thank God for knowing you and ordaining your life before the foundation of the world.
- Thank Him for keeping you for faith.
- Thank Him that His purpose in your life is to believe Him and know Him, to exist before Him in love–by faith.
- Ask Him to help you absorb this truth–that you have been kept by faith!–into the deepest parts of your soul!
- Thank Him for valuing you enough, and cherishing you enough, to keep you for this precious treasure called faith.
As you pray, and after you pray, continue to meditate on the fact that God has actively kept you safe and preserved your life, all for the purpose of faith. That will really inspire your faith to grow, and it will help annihilate any lingering doubt and unbelief as you gain revelation of this fact!
