Welcome to 21 Days of Breakthrough Prayer! This simple series will provide you with Scriptures to pray into for 21 days, asking the Lord for your breakthrough.
This will be a very simple series; I won’t be expounding on each Scripture very much, except through a bullet-point list to share some prayer pointers. I also will not be writing sample prayers, as I believe the Lord wants you to exercise your prayer muscles and make these Scriptures your own vocabulary for prayer.
But, even though it’s a simple series, I believe it’s going to be POWERFUL … and I want to hear your testimonies as the Lord answers your prayers, okay?

Without further ado, here’s Day 1 of 21 Days of Breakthrough Prayer:
The Scripture verse of the day is Isaiah 45:1-3, which says:
Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held–to subdue nations before him and loose the armor of kings, to open before him the double doors, so that the gates will not be shut:
‘I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron.
I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, am the God of Israel” (Isaiah 45:1-3 NKJV).
Pray along these points:

Ask Him to subdue all the forces of wickedness before you.
Ask Him to open before you the double doors–doors that you didn’t expect; doors that are DOUBLE in payment for all the closed doors you have encountered before.

Ask Him to make the crooked places straight in your life.
Ask Him to release every blessing to you that has previously been held back from you.
Ask Him to give you His treasures that have been hidden in darkness.
Ask Him to release His riches to you that have previously been kept only in secret places.
Ask Him to help you know that He, the Lord, calls you by your name. He knows and loves you personally. YOU, yes YOU, matter to Him.
Ask Him to help you know Him as the God of Israel.
That’s our breakthrough prayer for day 1!
Remember to use the verse itself as your vocabulary for prayer. Doing so will not only help you pray the most effective prayers it’s possible to pray, but it will also help you hide God’s Word in your heart, that you might not sin against Him (Psalm 119:11).

I prayed this prayer and as I finished praying this one I went into another prayer and I felt the Lords presence all over me. I was so thankful and was thinking wow this prayer is already being answered. After this, I prayed the verse in psalms. I asked that the Lord would convict me of things that I need to be convicted over. I have compromised a little with what I watch on tv and I used to be so careful and sensitive to what I would pick. So this verse is what I need to pray every day.
Am sooo taking this challenge. I had a vigil last night and i must say,The Spirit of God is one.

Thank you Lord in Jesus name that I have been praying for a breakthrough in my career and now I believe it is coming even though I have not seen anything yet. I am being told to be still and God’s will be done. I pray to hear God but he’s been silent.
