Do you find it hard to remember who you are in Christ? Do the cares of this world and your own occasional sins sometimes lead you to forget about your royal, supernatural identity in Christ Jesus?

If so, I have a free resource for you today that will help you get back on track and never get off track again. It’s a list of 80 confessions of your royal, supernatural identity in Christ.

When you gave your life to Christ, you became a completely new creature. Did you know that? It’s true–and it’s good news.

    The Bible says:

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

When you gave your life to Jesus, you became a new person–a ROYAL PERSON.

1 Peter 2:9-10 describes your new identity in Christ this way:

    “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy” (1 Peter 2:9-10).

Beloved, by giving your life to Jesus Christ, you became brand-new. You became a child of God–and that MEANS something.

Becoming a child of God makes you brand new. When you gave your life to Jesus, you actually truly did, in literal reality, give your LIFE to Jesus; the old “you” died and you received His new life into yourself in return. You suddenly become hidden in Christ.

Now, the person living inside of you is not you at all–but Christ.

Galatians 2:20 says it this way:

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).

Beloved, that’s why YOU are the righteousness of God in Christ.

When God looks at you, He sees Jesus who is alive in You. He sees the righteousness of Jesus and attributes it to you, for Jesus is the only One alive in you. Your life is completely hidden with Christ in God. And that is how we know that you are the righteousness of God in Christ, as it says in 2 Corinthians 5:21:

“For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).

Everything you see was created by the spoken word.

So if you have nothing except the ability to speak, you can still create anything you want. You can be like God and speak those things that are not as if they already were (Romans 4:17)!

To help you, Jamie wrote a book of hundreds of Biblical confessions for you—especially in the area of your finances. It called Speak Life Volume 1: Chart Your Course With Your Words, and it’s our most popular book ever! Get your copy today and begin speaking LIFE over those things that concern you!

But you have to train yourself to remember who you are in Christ:

    • You have to study God’s Word to learn who you are in Christ, and to train yourself to remember who you are.
    • When things come against you and you sin, you have to remember that your identity–your “YOU”–is RIGHTEOUS, and that your “DO” is learning to line up with who you are.
    • You have to remember that, if you confess your sins, God is faithful and just to forgive you your sins, and to cleanse you again from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
    • And you have to remember that you are progressively becoming more like Jesus every day.

As you learn who you are in Christ, you learn to manifest your identity in Christ every day through your actions, words, thoughts, and activities.

This is a PROCESS; becoming like Jesus in all your activities of daily life is a process. And as you move through this process, it helps to speak the Word of God out of your mouth.

Speaking God’s Word out of your mouth reminds you who you are.

Speaking God’s Word about your identity in Christ teaches you who you are; convicts you about who you are; and helps you manifest the righteousness of Christ in all your activities of daily living.

Recently, as I was studying the book of 1 John, it struck me how MUCH of that book is about your perfect, supernatural identity in Christ.

As I studied that short book (only 5 chapters!), I underlined statement after statement about your perfect identity in Christ. By the time I got to the end of the book, I knew I had to get these Biblical confessions about your identity in Christ to you.

So, below is a list of 80 confessions of your supernatural identity in Christ.

These are for you to study into and speak out verbally. I encourage you to download the free printable of these confessions below. (Just sign up in the box below, and I’ll send the PDF straight to your email inbox.) Then, speak these confessions about your identity in Christ often–OUT LOUD.

Your feelings will follow your words, and your words will be the truth of God’s Word. You will begin to KNOW who you are in Christ at a whole new level if you will speak these Scriptural confessions of your identity in Christ over yourself!

Here are 80 confessions of your supernatural identity in Christ:
